My friends, I clearly missed my calling as a rocket scientist or a philosopher because I have just solved one of the greatest mysteries of our time.
Hello, my favourite internet junkies, what’s life thrown at you today? Oh, really? That sounds awful. Well, don’t worry because Mama Mia is here (Don’t. Fucking. Say. It.) to make it all better. Today, I am sharing my magic trick with you; my life’s work, my legacy.
You know how Jesus made wine? The big J has nothing on this. It sounds impossible, but guys... I made shots healthy. Now, when am I going to get my own cult spanning the ages pls? I’ll wait.

Let me tell you a tale: At my core, I am a good Catholic girl. Angelic, some may say.
Unfortunately, this world just corrupts poor innocents like me and... well, Britain’s drinking culture is no joke. (God, I love this country.)
Through entirely no fault of my own – we’ll start with my parents and work our way down from there – I actually am not a Catholic girl at all and my prayers are pretty much reserved for my liver post-Saturday night. It was as I was making myself a smoothie on one such post-Saturday Sunday morning that I was hit with... inspiration.
Follow my train of thought and see if you get me.
Inspiration hit me. If I can shot shit that is awful for me (hello, Tequila), why can’t I shot things that are healthy?
So welcome to today’s post.

If you remember my Week In The Life post, you may remember me briefly mentioning this. And if you don’t, isn’t it just so convenient that the video is embedded right here?
Essentially, the idea is this: instead of making massive smoothies padded out with super sugar-full (and delicious) fruits and juices and yogurts... make teeny tiny “super smoothies” with all the things we don’t actually want to eat but definitely should and shot them.
Now, I won’t lie to you – these burn just as much as vodka does going down. It’s not pleasant and... well, you don’t even get drunk off them. However, they’re a great way to get some of your essential nutrients into your diet quickly and relatively painlessly.
Okay, folks, that’s it for today’s post! If you’re into your healthy eating, make sure you check out My Healthy 5 Min Breakfast and My 2 Ingredient Fruit Pancakes for some simple breakfast inspo – and take a follow of my healthy eating Pinterest board!
Have you guys ever tried healthy shots? Would you give these a go or are you going to be sticking to shotting tequila like God intended? Let me know your thoughts down below!
Peace,
