Aliexpress Gifts For Her: Cheapest Place To Buy Presents (Direct From China)

by Mia M.

Hello, my beautiful blog readers – and welcome to the first of (many) Christmas posts. Today, I’m going to be sharing the ultimate way to save money this year and make sure that buying holiday gifts doesn’t leave you bankrupt: Aliexpress.

For those of you who don’t know what Aliexpress is, it’s an online marketplace allowing you to buy goods directly from Chinese factories at factory prices. This means you’re getting the same stuff you buy from Amazon . . . for a way cheaper price. Because who wants to go into 2020 broke?

It’s easy to find cute gifts for under $1 with free shipping!

I’m an avid user of Aliexpress (have been for years) – but here are the takehomes.

TIPS FOR SHOPPING ON ALIEXPRESS (SAFELY)

  • Shipping worldwide is free – but generally takes from 1-4 weeks (hence why I’m writing this post so early for you) (and, if you’re reading this later into the season, you can generally pay £0.80 to upgrade to ePacket shipping, which is quicker.)
  • IE: You can use Aliexpress from anywhere in the world, I just put my prices is USD because most of my audience end up coming from the US.
  • Read the reviews. People leave super helpful reviews (and lots of them!) with photos and details, so make sure you look at them. All products featured in this gift guide are highly rated.

Honestly, I think that’s about all you need to know about Aliexpress – so let’s get into these gift ideas!

GIFTS FOR HER:

FASHION

First up we’ve got fashion. Aliexpress is great for scoring straight-from-the-factory clothing buys – and, as you can see by this hamper I’ve curated, you can get a lot of bang for your buck. I love the idea of these little hampers as Christmas gifts too!

Velvet Scrunchie – $0.50 // Green Velvet Pyjama Set – $4.98 // Gray Mini Backpack – $6 // I Like You A Latte Enamel Pin – $0.97 // Disneyland Polaroid Enamel Pin – $0.99 // Festive Socks – $1.06

The great thing about Aliexpress is you can shop a lot of up-to-date trends as well as the timeless classics. (You can also find loads of stuff that’s really quirky and cute!) For fashion gifts, you can go for something more fun like these bags . . .

But you can also go or things that are really practical and wearable, like a cute jumper or coat.

Vintage Style Cardigan – $15

Jewellery

Moon Phases Necklace – $0.81 // Interlocked Hearts Necklace – $1.86 // Crystal Bead Bracelet – $1.88 // Rose Pendant – $1.89 // Horoscope Rings – $0.74 // Silver Ring Set – $1.63 // Rose Earrings – $1.20

Jewellery is another great category that you’re going to find some insane deals on. Every big trend in high-street jewellery can be found for less than $2 on Ali – so you can stock up for yourself and treat the lucky ladies in your life too.

Letter Press Rose Necklace – $0.68

The thing with jewellery gifts too is that if you were to invest a little money into nice packaging, they instantly look way more expensive.

Gadgets

Cute Bear Earphones – $1.48 // Cleansing Brush Set – $3 // Mickey Mouse USB – $3.71 // Starbucks Power Bank – $7.12 // Vintage Radio Bluetooth Speaker – $11.09

I don’t really know what the correct term for this category is – so we’re going to say gadgets. You can get a whole array of useful and fun gadgets that would make brilliant presents. Even better, the more practical items like cleansing brushes are available for less than half of what they sell for in-store!

Room Decor

If you guys remember my post on cheap tapestries from Aliexpress, you will already know how much I love Aliexpress for home decorations. If you’re a fan of Tumblr or Urban Outfitters style decor, you can find some brilliant dupes here.

Floral Ring Tapestry – $5.97 // Pink Clouds Tapestry – $13 // Grateful Dead Tapestry – $13 // Moon and stars tapestry – $7.35 // Mountain Tapestry – $6.39 //Tropical Print Tapestry – $8.07

Take Ebay and times it by 10 – that’s how much stuff there is available on Aliexpress. To be honest with you, whittling this guide down to a few key choices . . . it was tricky business. However, I hope you guys thought I did a good job!

Even if you’re just looking for a few filler gifts for friends or coworkers, Aliexpress is a great place to spend a minimal amount this holiday season. If you enjoyed this gift guide, make sure you give it a share! (My bank account appreciates the support.)

Have any of you guys shopped at Aliexpress before? Are you going to use it this holiday season? Which of these gift ideas was your favourite? Let me know your thoughts down below!

Peace,
